Piping Tube
After baking vegan cupcakes for more than half a year, I decided that I wanted good looking cupcakes.
I got tired of using the ziplock bags, or just a plain bumpy looking icing top.
So I went in to a store on St-Laurent, near Prince-Arthur. They look very old and junky but they sell a lot of cooking utilities.
Just behind the cashier I found what I wanted. There were individual piping bags (fabric) that were about $6, rings for $1 to 2, also many choices of tips from $2 to 5, depending on sizes, it seemed. I knew I wouldn't need too many kinds of tips, but even with the bag and one kind of tip would cost me close to $10. Then I found this small kit thing for $7 which seemed to be a good deal. I decided to give it a try.

Hi there,
I like your website - great cupcake ideas. Also, I used to live in Montreal and I know which store you're talking about. It brought back great memories.
